I see you support Twitter. But what about Facebook?
While we are considering adding other social media integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat) currently we only support twitter. However, its easy to set twitter up so that every message that is posted to Twitter is automatically posted to Facebook as well. See this link for details.
Why am I seeing “Unknown” in my location pie chart?
That’s because you don’t have a schedule that corresponds to those sales. You can add them retroactively or send us a spreadsheet with the dates and location and we can add them for you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help!
How do you calculate “typical” sales numbers?
We calculate an average of that particular day of the week going back 1 year.
Will you be adding new features? (I have an idea!)

My business is seasonal – will I lose my data if I uninstall and reinstall your app?
Uninstall and reinstall all you want – you can come back at any time. When you uninstall the app the software is “disconnected” from Clover and the social media messaging will stop. But when you reinstall the app your new orders will synch back up. (And your locations and schedule will still be there)
